SMS Privacy Policy

This page explains how Blue World Marketing, LLC handles mobile numbers used for its low-volume
operational text alert programme, which covers the businesses it operates: Smoky Mountains Company,
National Science Labs, Blue World Marketing, TreMega and Smoky Mountain Construction.

What we collect

Your mobile number, and for each message its content and delivery status. Nothing else is collected
for this programme.

How it is used

Only to send the operational alerts you asked for: system health notices, missed-call and voicemail
alerts, maintenance and job alerts, and urgent customer enquiries. No marketing or promotional messages
are sent to this list.

Sharing

Mobile numbers are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. Messages are delivered
through our messaging provider, which processes the number only to deliver them.

Retention

We keep your number while you remain enrolled, and remove it when you opt out or leave the team.
